Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
GAP is a voluntary audit by the USDA to assure that a farm is utilizing good farming practices to deliver safe food to the consumer.

Safe Quality Food Program (SQF)

SQF is a voluntary certification program conducted through the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). The certification assures consumers that food has been produced, processed, prepared, and handled according to the highest possible standards.
Masser Potato Farms is SQF 2000 Level 3 Certified – Raw Food Quality. We were the FIRST potato packer in the United States to have this certification.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
HACCP is a preventative system of hazard control designed to prevent or reduce the occurrence of food contamination.
Masser Potato Farm applies these practices in our facilities, and this system is audited through SQF and other independent auditors.
AIB International
AIB International is an independent auditor that inspects packaging facilities for food safety practices to provide the consumer with confidence the food is safe.
Masser Potato Farms has received a “SUPERIOR” AIB rating 8 consecutive years
