Masser Potato Farms promotes a clean uniform size and packs only low-gravity potato varieties including Sebago, Monona, LaChipper, Superior, Norwis, Katahdin, Keuka Gold, Reba, Eva, and Salem.
For better quality potatoes and to ensure a long shelf life, Masser Potato Farms pre-cools all potatoes before packaging. Pre-cooling also helps maintain a consistent temperature throughout each potato bag.
